Embarking on a path of transformative health requires a structured approach. Ozempic® follows a proven titration protocol, aligning with your body's rhythm at each phase. Here’s a detailed overview of what a commonly prescribed journey could look like, when following our structured progression towards optimal health:
Acclimation Phase (Month 1)
- Commonly Prescribed Dosage: 0.25mg/weekly
- Potential Biological Responses:
- Initial body adaptation to Ozempic® begins, potentially reducing hunger by increasing feelings of fullness after meals1.
- Initial weight loss might be noticed, although this could be modest in the first month2.
- Users may experience gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea, particularly during dose escalation.
Titration Phase (Months 2-3)
- Dosage: Month 2: 0.50mg/weekly | Month 3: 1mg/weekly
- Potential Biological Responses:
- Continued decrease in hunger and caloric intake, leading to more noticeable weight loss.
- Improvement in cardiometabolic risk factors may be observed, including blood pressure regulation3.
- Side effects like nausea might diminish as the body becomes more accustomed to the medication.
Reduction Phase (Month 4)
- Dosage: 1.7mg/weekly
- Potential Biological Responses:
- Weight loss tends to be more pronounced, with users possibly achieving significant milestones in their weight loss journey2.
- Enhanced glycemic control could be observed, beneficial for individuals with type 2 diabetes1.
- Further improvements in cardiometabolic risk factors and physical function might be experienced3.
Normalization Phase (Month 5+)
- Dosage: 2.4mg/weekly
- Potential Biological Responses:
- Stabilization of weight loss, with the body adapting to the new caloric intake and metabolic rate.
- Maintenance of improved cardiometabolic health, and possibly further improvements in quality of life and physical function.
Don't get frustrated if your biological responses may look a bit different than the outline above. Every body is unique. Every body is different. Every body reacts to change at their own pace. Don't get discouraged—just reach out to your doctor to discuss your options, whenever you need to.

2. How Long Until I Receive My Meds?
- We work really hard to make sure you get timely responses from our doctors and quick delivery of your medication. Typically, our doctors and pharmacy partners do a fantastic job. Our average turnaround times for prescriptions from the doctor are around 1-2 days. Our typical pharmacy fulfillment times are around 3-5 business days, but can take up to 14 days due to the custom-compounded nature of the medications. Our partners typically ship FedEx 2-day, Monday-Wednesday.
So, overall, a typical order takes between 6-10 days from the time you finalize your intake to you receiving your medication - excluding weekends. We are always working on ways to improve this timing, and will keep you up-to-speed every step of the way.
3. The Doctor Isn't Responding—Help!

- Our flat pricing guarantee is unique to us. What you see is what you'll pay. No hidden fees - ever. No matter what dosage your doctor might prescribe, our prices will remain consistent and transparent every step of the way.
If market conditions change, we will be proactive and forward in our communications. Our mission as a company is to help 80 million Americans address their metabolic dysfunction - and we think that it's easier to do that when our service is affordable.
